I have an application that requires a valve in a 2" sweep gas line from a high temperature vacuum chamber. The valve will be passing nitrogen at a maximum of 900 deg. C (the normal working temperature is 700 C) at a pressure of 1 psi. The valve must also be usable under vacuum with a leak rate of less than 1 X 10-7 std. cc/sec.
