High viscosity fluid test services 1-15000 cps!!!

Can anyone put me in touch with a testing facility that is capable of measuring pressure drops of fluids flowing in a range of 0-100 gpm and viscosity range of 1-15000 cps? I have a product that needs to be put to the test. We want to know its full capabilities. Any help would be appreciated.

On the other hand, if anyone could reccommend a variable speed pump and flow metering system so that I may conduct my own testing, that would also be appreciated.

You might check with the two following companies as both make pump stands to measure fluid parameters. I would call or fill out a RFI for your requirements.
