Hi Kalikot,
Not allowed. Keep the water (and possible condensation that goes along with it) out of the electrical rooms. If the room needs cooling, set your fan-coil unit outside the room and duct some cold air in.
NEC 110.26(F)(1) gives specifics.

You can have the piping inside electrical room per NEC if they serve ONLY that room.
IMC requires emergency drain pan under unit with drain pan overflow alarm.
We typically use a double containment pipe for the condensate piping, and a drain pan under the CHW piping, piped to the condensate drain.

One more point: Check with AHJ. In one locale, I was forced to take all piping and cooling from the room, the only thing he would accept was a sidewall diffuser across from the electrical gear.
