High voltage terminals and connectors

We are looking at making a semi automated Hi-Pot test machine. The component we will be testing requires that 6 points be subjected to HV simultaneously. I need to split the single HV lead from the Hi-Pot test unit into 6 points in the test fixture. My question is who manufactures terminal blocks/strips/studs/connectors etc. for the 3kV range we need.

Any help in this matter will be appreciated.
