If this is a constant voltage application then a standard telecoms rectifier would be perfect for that spec.

I could see variety of telecom rectifiers. So can we go ahead for dc lighting applications (const voltage). Any idea of the noise caused by the fans. Not able to see the db in the specs.

There used to be plenty passively-cooled telecoms rectifiers, i.e. massive heatsinks on the side. These were the high-reliability types, because the fans were almost always the component with the shortest operating life. I haven't bought one for a long time, but I imagine they're still available. This type of thing:
