We are looking for an inter layer insulation to use in making a bonded copper conductor. The limit now is around a 125C rating using PEN materials, based in combination on the hot press temp, adhesive rating, and excellent bonding to copper.

Any suggestions?

Thanks,

Dan T

DuPont's Kapton high temperature polyimide is available in film or tape products. Usually used with a silicone based adhesive at the higher end of the temperature range.
