Highligth item in model tree

Hi,

In Assemnly Mode - Is there is option that a item of sub assembly will be highlight in model tree and the model tree will be expend.This can be done only in simplified rep. or we to write program in toolkit.

What (does it make a difference?) version Pro/E?
Do you (does it make a difference?) have AAX?
Is an "item" a component instance, part feature,
assembly feature, ...?

(In WF2,assuming component and no AAX) there is no one_button
'select in graphics window, find in tree' function. You can use
either Edit -> Find or the Model Tree Find function. The problem
is getting a model name into the dialog. I use Info -> Feature
(or Component), select the component and copy (ctrl+v) the name
to the clipboard. The rest depends on which Find function is used
and detailing the use of either can get a little long winded but
a little playing with either should get you where you want to go.

Not sure where you're going with that.
