Historical basic wind speed changes

I'm working on calculating t-min's for several towers ranging in age from the 1940's to present. I would like to evaluate them based on the wind speed they were originally designed too. Does anyone have a break-down of the ASCE basic wind speed vs. calendar year? The plant is located on the Texas Gulf Coast.
