ASTM A-564 Ty. 630 Condition H1100 has a minimum Charpy Ft.Lbs of 25. The test is normally run at ambient (60-75 F). The heat treat is prescriptive in the Standard: 1100 F for 4-hrs and air cool.
As the heat treat cannot be deviated from (much), does any body have any data on Charpy tests done at -25 F ? Do they normally Pass or Fail the A-564 required 25 Ft.Lbs ?
Thanks in advance for your time.

You might contact the plate supplier. If this is something that can be specified as a condition of acceptance, they may have information on it.
