Did you make the holes after the flattening features? You might just need to pull the holes up the Feature Tree somewhere before the sheet metal feature.

This happens to us frequently, and it seems to be a legacy issue. Parts that were originally modeled in very old software (i.e. 2001Plus) work slightly different, and for some reason they don't work the same as parts modeled in more recent software even after they are converted.

Open the part, and activate the flat pattern configuration. Go back to the Feature Manager and look for the any features that are suppressed that shouldn't be.

This is a known bug (SPR 572871)

Hole series propagated to the part gets suppressed in the existing derived configuration of the part.

The Flat-Pattern is a derived config. As gopack13 suggested, it may be a simple case of just un-suppressing the feature in the flat-pattern config.

all sorted I just had to go int each individual part and change the configuration to unsupress, strange how by defalt it would be suppressed!

Thanks guys
