SW 2019 SP5 is showing me the wrong size of the hole H1.It should be 26,4 but for some reason it's not. However SW did make it a separate H row and not with the F-row that is 28mm.

There is something different about that particular hole. Examine the exact details of how that hole was created very carefully. SW isn't lying to you. It's just telling you what it sees.

Thank you for the advice. I was using direct editing to offset the wall of the hole and there was the problem.
