Hole Wizard in 2012

Is anybody having issues updating the Hole Wizard with new records in Toolbox for 2012 SP 2? We've spent almost an hour trying to add an M75x2.0 bottom tap thread to a couple of our standards without success. We can alter a record and everything works but cannot add a record. This is specific to the thread data table.

Are you able to access the Configure mode of the Tools > Options > System Options > Hole Wizard/Toolbox

I can access the configure mode, and can alter existing records, but can't seem to add anything to the thread data that sticks.
