Hollow Bar Anchors

Hi All,

I am interest to learn about experience with hollow bar anchors in sands. Any advise on pull out capacity, perforamnce below the water table ... etc would be appreciated. Also interested to learn about design approaches if anyone has designed these as soil nails or fixed end anchors.
