Does anyone have PE E and O insurance that covers the performance of home inspections? I do both engineering consulting and home inspections and have E and O separately for both, with each costing about $6000 annually.
Never have been sued as an engineer. Once in recent years as a home inspector.
Alternatively, if one insurance won't fit, am I paying too much for insurance?
