Horizontal Deflection of Non-Loadbearing Cantilever Partiion

Can any one point me in the right direction as to where to find or some rational in setting a deflection limit for a non-loadbearing partition wall. One key thing to this is the partition is hangng from the steel above. The partition wll be framed with light-gage steel and sheathed will 5/8" gyp. Thanks for the insight!!

isn't the critical thing the deflection of the steel support ?
 
The deflection of the steel support is negligible. The partition is being supported by large framing members.
