Horizontal Forces from Vertical Forces

I have many Joint Loads > Forces (LOAD1) applied in the direction -z (vertical). However I need create horizontal loads (LOAD2) that is = 0,5xLOAD1 applied in the same joints in the direction y.
How I can do this without create the horizontal forces one by one?
