Hose Barb Standard

Looking for the standard that specifies the tolerances and sizes for a 3/8 hose barb.

I have the SAE j517 But that standard mentions hose clamps. I am wanting the standard with out hose clamps?

I May have found a SAE standard. J2552

Does anybody have this standard and would please tell me if this is the standard I am looking for?
