Looking for an EVA or modified EVA hot melt with the following requirements:
1) 100% fiber tear on both sides of substrate.
2) Open time 5-6 seconds.
3) Dispensing to be with automated glue system.
4) Application to be in lines (1/16" width) and dots (1/8" wide x 3/8" long).
5) Substrate to be laminated Cascades SylvaCycle (no grease barrier) with either metalized polyester or aluminum with an acrylic water based tint applied to the top.
6) Bond is to be all ways.

Need something to bite thru the acrylic tint an then into the polyester or aluminum.
Thank You, Mark
