How can activate changing of temperature in a abaqus running?

Hi
Does noone knowe how can i to activate temperature in abaqus procedure?
i know this ways?
property->temp depend
or
step->other->temperature
but in this ways we only add one(1) temperature but i want to changing this temperature step by step in all of the ranning
just same as changing of stress?
it is right that changing of stress is result of changing load but i want to know is any way that to activate changing of temperature in all of the running without of activating the thermal load or thermal step.
i want to do this in a general mechanical step.

You want a coupled thermal/stress analysis? You can apply the initial temperature to the wanted area through a predefined field, and then you can control it after the initial step by adding the following to the step portion of the input file.


*Temperature, amplitude= Temperature
NodeSet, 1

The amplitude is equal to the ramp you want your temperature to follow, nodeset being the set of nodes you want controlled (can be identified by the nodeset Abaqus assigned to the predefined temperature field), and the 1 is the scalar multiplier, most likely will be just one.

thank for your reply and your favor
in the utemp there isnot term of DDSDDE and i think that only in umat is.because i work with umat for changing property of material and my project is composite.
and i had used from predefined field in a static general step but it cannot solve my problem because i want to chang temperature in any moment continuously automatically.
In fact my questin:
I want to write a code of umat that in it I need to use TEMP and DTEMP.
now i want to know how can i activate these terms (TEMP & DTEMP)in cae file or in umat code .
i think they are inactive because when i wrote a umat code and added this instructinowrite(6,*),temp ,dtemp) then run with its abaqus cae file ,at the end ,when i checked the valu of them in temp file of C drive
i saw the valu of both of them were zero (0) but(while) i need and expect that they get valu .
now what is the suggest of you for solve this problem?
