How can I apply boundary condition to center of this plate?
I fixed the center RP and make the center of plate as rigid body. but as you see the Mises stress around the center is very high!

What kind of sheet metal forming process do you want to simulate ? Is the workpiece somehow fixed during this process ? Boundary conditions should generally correspond to the actual operating conditions.

The process is spinning forming.I fixed the preformed plate (import analysis) and give rotation to rollers (both around plate axis and self axis).

In that case, isn't there a hole in the middle of this sheet? It would be much easier to set boundary conditions if the model included such a hole.

Could I have your email or any communication addresses?
This project is for my MSc. thesis and I thank you in advance

In this work there is not any holes.
Is it possible to solve this by the hole in the middle of plate? where I should apply the BC? Just on the edge of the hole?

If there’s no hole in the modeled sheet metal part then it would be better to avoid introducing it to the computational model. In the real-life process the part should be somehow supported and the goal here is to simulate this support.

I must remind the OP that one of the rules of eng-tips forums is that you must be doing your own school work. That is not to say students are excluded from seeking guidance and understanding. However, a) students are at a school for a reason i.e., paying others to learn new skills and b) there is a line between seeking guidance and getting your school work done with the help of generous professionals online (without having to pay them, by the way).
