how can i choose a pneumatic press for my project ?( please read Description)

Hello guys.

I want to buy a machine that assemble mist pump spray or pump spray.i don't need a production line and i need a machine or tool that can assemble components of a pump spray manually or by human not automotional. i do some research and i realize that a pneumatic press or a manual_hand press can help me in this project but many of them are out there.

i need to help me to find what pressure and velocity is sufficient for my work and how can i get that? by a book ?by an equation? if answer is by a equation,how can i extract equations for this case?....

and if you have another suggestion for my project, i will be very happy.
besides, i attach a CAD PDF of my project and some dimensions of my pump spray.

Press force is dependent on a number of factors. Dimensions. Tolerances. Surface finishes. Materials. Etc.

You have articulated exactly zero of any of these.

If you have the components already, just test about 100 of them.

Near as I can tell, there's only one part that requires this operation, which can be done on a drill press or even a vise.

I think any sort of arbor press, drill press, or pneumatic cylinder would work.
I would put a travel limit stop on the assembly jig then the pressure is not such a critical issue.
