dear sir/ madam

I got the stress pattern of a Transfer plate(a thick concrete plate used to rest the upper column of building to get open space at the below it) which was modeled in ansys by concrete 65 only. Now how can i design the reinforcement?

we know T = stress * area
again T = steel area * steel strength
from this steel can calculate ....
is it right or wrong?

please help me ....
