How can I draw a conical screw ?

I am trying to draw a conical screw with SW, but I always encounter with pronlems such as making conical threads on a conical shape. I did it for small conic angles. On the other hand, I need a help for making it on the large conic angles. If any idea or tutorial about it, it will be helpfull for me.
