How can I obtain plastic rotation through SAP2000 OAPI platform?

I had successfully executed Nonlinear Dynamic analysis using SAP2000 OAPI and obtained the displacement of structure. Now, I have problem with extracting plastic rotation through OAPI.

can anyone suggest me a solution?
