How can I obtain the internal resistant moment of a continous beam?

Hi all,

I have modeled a beam with shell elements, and I would like to know its resistant moment at an specific section along the length. Is there any function in Abaqus that I can use to obtain these internal forces in a transversal section of a continous model? Or I just have to make the integration by myself?
