You only need the symbol for your unspecified tolerance block or as a placable symbol on the face of the drawings?

Create the symbol using lines and text and then save it as a drafting symbol. At least in Wildfire, that is how I would do it, and I think in this case NX is very similar.

Hi,
with NX 8 you can import AutoCAD block and convert in NX symbol or add the picture in a tabular note and save as symbol.
