How could I go about calculating the geometry of this shape?

The geometry looks like this, complicated but fortunately its symmetric about all the axes:

The geometric parameters used in the model, everything is defined by the first three variables a,b,t:

Not even sure how to start on finding the volume which would be given by the parameters a, b and t.

In Comsol you can use Measure tool or Integration operator to calculate the volume of the model.
 
Given that you've asked this and similar questions several times i think it is time to either pay someone to work it out or learn to do it yourself.
