Hey guy. As everyone know well that Al-Zn-Mg with any T temper, they're forever increase in tensile strength at RT.
So I wanna know
1. What's suitable time to pick up samples for mechanical props. inspection. (After production or 3 months aged at RT or 1 year aged at RT, result could be different)
2. How to control properties of this type of material for the next process. ( In my case JIS no. A7N01-T1 )

Pong...no,they don't increase in strength forever...
They reach a reasonable limit, based on observation and statistical approach, that gives acceptable allowable strength values. Use them.

For Quality Assurance/Quality Control....samples should be taken immediately after production and then later for aged strength gain. Usually 30 days after production is adequate for most structural grades of aluminum
