How do I convert the concentrations of given substances to volume fractions?
NH3 : 64 mg/l
Water: 136 g/m3
H2S: 6 g/m3

Thank you!

What do you want to convert to? And what is the rest of it? (what is the total wt/m3?

Well the water and H2S are simple assuming these are just mixtures/solutions.

Take the density of water at your conditions to convert your 136g to volume and use that number to calculate your volumetric fraction.

For the H2S, use the ideal gas law to calculate how much volume 6g takes up in your conditions and calculate your volumetric fraction from that.

For the NH3 you'll need for information than just a mass concentration. Is this an aqueous solution? Is this a gas?
