How do I draw or join lines on 2 different plane?

I hope my question does not sound confusing. I am a relative new user to catia V5R14. I am trying to work on sketcher and trying to draw a continuous line on two planes. The purpose of it is that you can see only a line at an angle on 1 plane and then a continuous line as a C on the other plane. I hope someone could help me if you understand what i meant.

You have to work in wireframe workbench.
