How do I get RealView working?

I just installed 2004 and I cannot seem to get RealView working. I have a Quattro 4 770 XGL video card which is listed in help as a card that supports RealView. I built a simple part and assigned a material to it, but the RealView button remains greyed out. I am running driver version 6.13.10.2841 as it was installed by our IT department, is this my problem? Any suggestions what to try next?

Thanks Scott,

It turned out to be simpler than the things in the thread you refered me to. I updated my driver to 6.14.01.4351 and it works now.
