How do we combine static and dynamic analysis results

I am facing difficulty in combining two cases to see response of structure ( stress contours)when subjected to static and dynamic loading. I have created one file for static case feeding static modulus, while my other models is with dynamic modulus. what is way to see the combined result in a single file.

If the results are in two different files as suggested, then the only way is to output the results into a database or exporting the appropriate tables and do it externally in excel or similar program as far as I am aware.
