How do you change a part note while in a drawing

In pro 2001 it was SO!!! easy to modify a part note ("Edit"/"Value"/click on note/enter new value).

Now, how can I change a part note while in the drawing (not in the part)?

Select the note in the Drawing, right click and select "Edit Value". Even easier!
