how do you convert dwg to pdf files? Any suggestions?

You can use Acrobat pfd writer. It will be installed as a printer that you plot to. For larger prints, we use the Acrobat Distiller, an additional package that comes with Adobe Acrobat. I think that there are some other pdf writers out there, but I don't know anything about them. DimensionalSolutions@Core.com
