Can anyone tell me a simple way to figure out how fast the space temperature will rise based solely on a given constant heat source in the space, ignoring other contributors such as walls.....

To the zero order, why wouldn't it be the product of the heat flow and the specific heat of the air?

If there is stuff in the room, then it becomes considerably more difficult.
