Hi all,

I am a new comer and I have this question about the quality of screw piles. The soil report recommends screwpiles, but I have been also informed that we could use driven timber piles of bored piers?

Could someone please advise the "best" solution?

This is URENT

Thanks

The relative merits of the three types of piers depends on the size of the loads, the size of the project, access to the site and the soil types. I would call one or two local foundation contractors and get some preliminary cost information as well as design parameters. You will need to provide more information than you have here.
