How I can convert sap model to etabs model

My question is very easy but I think answer is not easy. Because of only one way I found to make this. Export sap model to DXF format after than try to import DXF file to Etabs. But its giving error. "Error in DXF file line number....." When I opened the DXF from Autocad My model is look like perfect.

I am not 100% sure, but I am 94.37% sure that it's not possible to directly export from SAP to ETABS.

CSi puts the various options under File|Export and there's no option for ETABS under the SAP menu.

They're different enough that it would not surprise me if it's impossible.
