How i can reduce noise

In my plant we have an oxidiser of 30 m height and having 8 nos., sieve tray. Oxidiser oxidise soln, using 7000 nm3/hr air at 3.8 kg/cm2g pr. Oxidiser operates at 1.5 kg/cm2g pr., offgas entering to solvent recovery unit during this heavy noise came.How i can reduce noise?

There are trims available to put in control valves which reduce noise. Talk to provider of vent gas pressure control valve.

Increase pipe/valvve size to reduce velocity.
