How might I be able to model a composite material in Ansys 14 without ACP?

I am trying to use Ansys to model the loading of a composite skin, foam core hobby aircraft. I created the model in CATIA and would like to import the model to Ansys, however I have two issues that arise. One is that I must use the version of Ansys that is provided to me, which does not have ACP. Second is that the CATIA model I created has a physical thickness applied to the skin, meaning it imports to Ansys as a solid. This was done so the skin thickness can be optimized and changed in order to have a semi-accurate weight estimation in CATIA for the final product.

I have chose Ansys to perform the analysis mainly due to the fact that I do not know FEMAP well enough to run an accurate static or modal analysis. Any input, comments, or advice in reference to a method for tackling this problem or for performing the analysis as a whole would be much appreciated.
