How much torque stripe do I need?

Is there a rule of thumb for how much torque stripe, by weight, I need? For reference, it's for about 70, 3/4 inch diameter nuts and bolts with washers

I guess 100 would be fine.

200 of you're doing both nuts and bolt heads.

I thought torque stripe was obsolete now, since digital torque has become available.
