How to add button for Catia

For those who are familiar with VB scripting in excel - we have an option to customize tool bar to add a button for the macro we create in Excel.

I was wondering if we can do the same in Catia V5 as well. It would save a lot of my time.

Please suggest.

Hi,

You can create your own toolbar with your own icons but you cannot create a pulldown menu like in EXCEL.

Everything is written in online documentation (or you can search with Google). You will have to take care about 4 CATSettings, if you will delete them, you will loose your user custom settings (search also on Google for details).

i tried using the 'customize..' option. I could create an icon for "Macros" on the toolbar, but not for the specific macro i wanted.
Is there a way to have an icon on toolbar for a specific macro?
