How to add creep subroutine in Abaqus? 1

Hi,
I am new to creep analysis in Abaqus.
I understand that I need to go to materials->plasticity->creep->select user subroutine.

What should I do after that?
1. How to write a subroutine?
2. If I have a file where a subroutine is written, where should I upload in Abaqus Standard?

This subroutine is described in detail in the documentation chapter "User Subroutines --> Abaqus/Standard User Subroutines --> CREEP". General information about writing user subroutines is provided in the following chapter: "Analysis --> Analysis Techniques --> User Subroutines and Utilities --> About user subroutines and utilities".
