I think twisted pair cables are used where differential signals exist. In a motor drive application where can we use this cable? Can we use it between the drive and motor powering terminals? How should it be? Twisting 3 phase cables together?
I have a character based lcd near the inverter and is affected when inverter operates.

Twisted pair is used to common-mode the noise experienced by differential signals on the twisted pair itself. If your power signals are interfering with electronics, they need to be shielded, or your electronics need to be shielded or both.

Twisting (or braiding) 3 phase power cables reduces the "B Field" (Magnetic) radiation because the loop area is reduced and there is more field cancelation. A shield grounded at both ends will reduce the E-Field radiation.

How do we twist? Twist 3 cables onto each other? Does non uniformity affect the circuit? By the way does twisting with ground cable help anything?

The more turns per inch/foot,the greater the effect but clearly there is a practical limt. The safety ground wire is twisted with the other three wires not only because it is practical, inverters have common mode currents and B Field radiation from this source is mimimized by including the ground wire in the twist. Twisted/Shielded AC Power Cords can be purchased commercially.
