how to apply loads on frequency domain

Hi,

I'd like to know how to apply loads on frequency domain.

If I have a load on time domain as follows

*Amplitude, name="Amp-1", definition=EQUALLY SPACED, fixed interval=0.010
0., 0., 107800., 0., 107800., 107800., 107800., 107800.,

How can i modify the amplitude's values on frequency domain?
In addition, should i have real values, imaginary values, or magnitude values?
