First of all, what do you mean by Ly and Lz? Are they the effective lengths for buckling about the y and z axes?
What is the actual structure you are trying to analyse? Is it one of two trusses for a bridge, for an industrial warehouse etc?
How will it be fabricated? Likely the top and bottom chords will be continuous members, and the bracing members individually welded.
What software is is that you're using?

I’m using Staad pro software for analysis and design, this is a shopping complex and a truss is used in floor and secondary floor beams connecting to truss.
In this software I have to assign the buckling length along major and minor axis of the member and top and bottom chord is continuous member.
