How to calculate a time duration in hours and minutes given initial and final times 2

Folks:
I have a need to calculate an event durations in XX.XX hours given a start time YY:YY gm and end time ZZ.ZZ gm.

For example, YY:YY gm could be 7:13 am and ZZ.ZZ gm could be 3:23 pm. Can anyone clue me in on how to do this in Excel?
