How to Calculate GPM to carry the Pellet in Liquid

I try to calculatethe total GPM required to carry pellet in water as medium. Please advice the formulat.

Current water GPM is 1200, extruder production rate 45000 lbs/hr, but need to calculate if rate ramp up to 60,000 lbs/hr.
