I have data for frequency and respective Transmissibility, how to find the overall value for a given frequency band?

RMS = square root of sum of amplitude squared.

I have not seen an overall value applied to Transmissibility, but there is always some new (to me) to learn!

We used to report transmissibility in 1/3 octaves, so that might be what the OP is getting at. It's just 10*log(sum of Vout^2/sum of Vin^2) over the frequency range in question.
