I am making very large gaskets...I have them on my drawing, but it always comes in as solid lines. I need to change some of the lines to dashed. Is there a way to chain many lines so I dont have to select them individually to change the properties??? Or, Is there a way to get my dashed lines from model space through onto my drawings??? Thanks

Hi,

Your dashed lines in model space are in a geometrical set? Or in a sketch?

its a few steps but you could try this:

make your dashed lines in the model in a separate geometric set or selection set. Hide everything else. Update your drawing view (make sure to have wireframe set to show). Select all lines and make them dashed. Go back to the model and un-hide what you want to show. Update your drawing view.

For the sketch case you can use output feature for the selected dashed lines in sketch and color them...then in draft you can use advanced search for generated item with color attribute in order to select dashed lines coming from model space and set to what kind of linetype you want..also be sure that you have 3D color element set to show in drafting workbench....
