How to change a language on computer?? Help

I have purchased a Fujitsu Tablet PC. Its operating system runs on Simplified Chinese. I have selected the english language as defalut but it does not seem to convert all the text to english . What do I do to get it o that All text is in English. If I install office onto it in english will it all be in english??

Any help or advice would be appreciated....

Hi I have already tried this I Think Not any joy from it, it gives results mentioned above. In order to install a english version of the OS what would I need. MS Tablet PC XP, OneNote etc.....??

Then you need BUY a copy of an English operating system.

Your question is probably more suited for Tek-Tips.com, which is more oriented to computer and computing problems.
